As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the MLS® System database. Other agents can immediately access your property information and, as a new listing, it will also be emailed to buyers who have set up custom searches in the system with criteria that matches your home.

I cannot over emphasize how important it is to price your home properly from the beginning of the listing. Whether the market is a buyer's market, a seller's market, or a balanced market, using my tools, we ensure we use a pricing strategy that maximizes exposure for your home from the day it hits the market.
